A new recipe for enjoying Cava combines with liqueur and fruit at the same time.
- Pineapple chunks
- Ice cubes
- Brut Cava
- Triple sec
In a balloon glass add: 3 or 4 ice cubes; 4-6 pineaple chunks (to taste); 2 dashes of triple sec and finish with well-chilled Cava, fill slightly below top of glass.
Granish with a cocktail stick of pineapple chunks
