Ingenious and innovative this smoke infused Cava cocktail was created to evoke the aromatic, atmosphere of Cuba’s best cocktail bars. A cocktail that takes you on a journey to the Caribbean.


  • 30 ml Cava Reserva
  • 30 ml Bacardi Blanco Superior washed  coconut cream
  • 15 ml Tio Pepe
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 4 dashes Spice bitters
  • 20 ml Sugar Syrup

Glassware: Coupette/Crystal

Method: Combine all the ingredients into a shaker and rolling.
