A zesty, citrus packed blast of flavour mixing Andalucian flavours with a touch of bitterness to the mouth-watering fizz of a quality NV Cava.


  • 2 bar spoons of seville orange marmalade
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 45ml Chase Seville Orange Gin
  • 1 Dash of Angostura Orange
  • Cava – Reserva

Glassware: Coupet

Method: Shake, double strain. Top up with Cava Reserva and garnish with orange peel.
