The Green Cave

Nostalgic and long, mixing Cava, vermouth and chartreuse to create an enticing green cocktail that is both aromatic and fresh.

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Gin Mare
  • 15ml Green Chartreuse
  • 15ml Sweet Vermouth
  • Top up with Cava Brut Reserva

Glassware: Champagne flute

Method: Shaken

Garnish: Lemon and rosemary
