The first ever London Cava Summit brought together experts and industry influencers to discuss the promising future of premium Cava.
Spain’s number one sparkling wine is not only about bubbles – it is a time-aged quality wine made by the traditional method. Premium Cava is the way forward for the region, and its producers are determined to inspire new perceptions about the quality of this world class wine.
At the Cava Summit 2019 – Monday 2 December, @ The ICETANK, London, WC2 – the industry debated the way in which the UK trade, together with the prime movers in the DO Cava, can contribute to influence the way we drink and appreciate Cava.
